This involved a comprehensive process to identify and evaluate the client’s needs, followed by specification drafting, supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations and subsequent supplier appointment.


  • Undertook a thorough market research exercise providing a market factors analysis report for client consideration
  • Collaborated with the client’s key stakeholders to establish current and future state analysis
  • Drafted and facilitated a fully compliant tender including supplier engagement and management, evaluation, presentations and recommendations for outcome
  • Introduced competitive pricing and risk management terms and protocols which incorporated revised supplier and contract management ways of working.
